127 PEOPLE WERE KILLED AND 180 PEOPLE INJURED AFTER A CROWD STAMPEDE DURING FOOTBALL RIOT IN INDONESIA.

Fans of the Javanese rival clubs Arema and Persebaya Surabaya clashed after the Singo Edan suffered a 3-2 defeat in Malang Regency, East Java.  The fans of both clubs invaded the pitch and got involved in a clash due to which authorities had to fire tear gas, which caused a crowd stampede and cases of suffocation.
